Alanna Victoria Hepburn, a 28-year-old Intelligence Analyst at the Bronx District Attorney's Office, has been diligently serving in this role for the past 5 years. Born and raised in New York, Alanna is one of a pair of identical twin daughters to Caribbean immigrants. Her upbringing was deeply influenced by her mother and grandmother, who instilled in her a strong sense of her Caribbean heritage. They taught her traditional Caribbean cooking, and cultural practices, and frequently took her and her sister on trips to their homeland of Antigua and St. Thomas.

Alanna's passion for her cultural roots extends beyond her personal life. She is an active member of the book club "Read Between the Wine," where she engages in stimulating discussions and explores literature from various perspectives. Additionally, she is a proud member of the International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA), where she collaborates with fellow professionals in her field to enhance her knowledge and skills.

In pursuit of her academic aspirations, Alanna attended John Jay College (CUNY), where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management. During her time at college, she actively participated in extracurricular activities, including being a member of the junior chorus and the Karate club. Her commitment to personal growth and development was further demonstrated during her senior year when she secured a position as a Legislative Intern at the New York State Assembly.

Alanna's admiration for her West Indian heritage stems from the culture's unwavering perseverance in the face of adversity and the strong sense of unity among its people, regardless of their island of origin. Inspired by this, she aspires to pursue a master's degree in Graduate school and ultimately aims to be promoted to the esteemed position of a full-time Detective.

In her leisure time, Alanna indulges in a variety of hobbies that bring her joy and relaxation. Cooking allows her to express her creativity in the kitchen while exercising helps her maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. She also finds solace in embarking on road trips, where she can explore new places and create lasting memories. Dancing Salsa, playing video games, and singing karaoke are other activities that bring out her vibrant and expressive side.
