Tanya L. Amir, the reigning Pure International Elite Ms. Independence America 2023 has spent most of her life in West Philadelphia of which she is a proud Community Liaison and a faithful member of Perfecting Holiness Outreach Ministries where she serves as an Elder.

Blessed to become the founder of Love, Life, Healing, & Hope Grief Support Group and HOPELine four years ago after the passing of her beloved husband, Tanya has gained an unconditional love for giving back and serving others, especially those who are experiencing Grief and Loss.

Ms. Amir also enjoys serving her community and shows it through volunteer work, serving as a member of several Advisory Boards, and serving at community events where she speaks on behalf of youth, low-income families, and those experiencing Grief & Loss.

Along with her many accolades, Ms. Amir is a mother of three who strives to be an example of one being a heart healer and a Kingdom Builder for Christ; showing the love of Jesus Christ in all that we do and say especially as His living examples on earth.
